ADR Group Workplace Mediation training, 2013
I am a consultant and researcher with a focus on workplace interaction. I’m interested in how people talk, act and interact at work. I’m in the early stages of some research exploring how the space in which mediation takes place affects the ways in which people talk to each other and the outcome of the mediation. I have a PhD from King’s College London (Department of Management) and am currently teaching Management-related subjects at LSE, Pearson College and the University of Law.
I’m a mediator with a background in workplace communication, so I often help participants to find the right language to really get the bottom of the problem. I’m friendly but practical, and confident on really helping the parties to originate their own, workable solutions. I’m a calm, authoritative presence who really enjoys problem solving and likes to create a feeling where I can that we’re all uniting around a common challenge.
